The secrets inside are a side quest in the game Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom which takes place near the town of Tarrey in the Akkala region. This task involves teaching players how to use the Zonai Device Dispensers and learning the locations of the remaining devices in the Akkala region as a reward. How to start the Secrets Within quest in Zelda: TotK

To start the Secrets Within side quest, you must go to the Zonai Device Dispenser on the coast west of Tarrey Town. This facility is located south of the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and the Hudson Construction Site.

The exact coordinates of this device are (3802, 1567, 0091) and marked on the map above. You’ll notice An NPC named Pulcho standing near the device and considering its use. Talk to Pulcho to start the quest.

How to complete the Secret Within quest in Zelda: TotK

To complete the Secrets Inside side quest, simply throw some zonai charges into the device’s dispenser.

Go to your inventory and keep some zonai charges. You can hold up to five at a time. We recommend holding large Zonai charges to obtain each Zonai item from the device.

Once you have Zonai charges in your hand, press the A button to drop them into the Zonai device’s dispenser opening. A short cutscene will play showing the device being activated and the Zonai devices being ejected from it.

If you do not have zone charges, you can use zone weapons and shields. However, they will give a small amount of zone devices from the machine.

This will prompt Pulcho to talk to you. He will be happy to learn about the mechanism of the device.

Task reward

Pulcho will reward you with a Sundelion, which you can use to complete the Darkness Spread side quest in Kakariko Village.

It will also reveal the location of two more zonai device distributors. One is near Kakariko Village and the other is right next to Diggdog Bridge.

You can use this device dispenser to get the steering rack, which is crucial in completing the Master the Vehicle Prototype quest.

Collect all Zonai Device Pods from the ground and the Secrets Within mission will end Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
