These 6 gadgets are lifesavers at my backyard parties

I have been the owner of the Auking M8-F mini projector for several years. It was originally a birthday gift from my wife so I could host Mario Kart parties for friends and not have to crowd around the 50-inch Samsung TU8000 in our living room. However, after about three years of traveling, Halloween movie marathons, and the aforementioned Mario Kart tournaments, the Auking mini projector remains a great and affordable option for outdoor media streaming.

The life of the LED lamp is up to 55,000 hours, so you don’t have to worry about replacing bulbs. You can also adjust the screen from 35 to 200 inches, which is perfect for projecting onto an exterior wall of your home, a dedicated screen, or a blank interior wall. You can connect it to your laptop or gaming console via HDMI, and while it’s not the brightest projector, you can still get great colors and sharp details at 1080p HD.

The built-in speaker is also great if you don’t want to install additional sound equipment in your yard, and the sound produces surprisingly clear sound quality if you don’t turn the volume up too high. It handled everything: God of War Ragnarok on PS5, Overcooked on Switch, and even one night in the woods when my friends and I watched The Blair Witch Project. The Auking Mini Projector is a great addition to any outdoor entertainment space and I cannot recommend it enough.
