PITOOEY! previously announced a strategy to acquire social media services companies and develop new mobile applications focused on social media marketing. PITOOEY! is currently vetting several social media companies to be acquired with investor support.

PITOOEY management team! and major investors have committed to donate 25 million (25,000,000) shares of PITOOEY common stock! to finance future acquisitions and development of mobile applications. This contribution allows acquisitions to be made without diluting existing investors.
