BRIDGEWATER, New Jersey, May 31, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Hamamatsu Photonics KK (Hamamatsu city, Japan) is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of NKT Photonics A/S.

The Hamamatsu Photonics Group currently has a very wide range of technologies in the field of light sources, lasers and detectors.
