ICCIMA, ICTA sign Memorandum of Understanding on Human Resource Development

TEHRAN – The Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mining and Agriculture (ICCIMA), the Islamic Chamber Research and Information Center (ICRIC) and the Islamic Chamber Training Academy (ICTA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Human Capacity Development.

The document was signed by ICCIMA head Samad Hassanzadeh and Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (ICCIA) Secretary General Yousef Khalawi on the sidelines of the 36th Board Meeting of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD) in Amman, Jordan.

Subject to the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding, the Parties will establish effective communications among their members and affiliates to encourage, promote and facilitate effective collaboration in the areas of educational research and training.

The document also obliges the parties to support each other in organizing activities such as seminars, workshops, training programs, courses and conferences to be initiated in ICTA and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The parties are also expected to prepare both virtual and non-virtual training programs and studies for their members, which would benefit them in terms of increasing economic cooperation among the member states of the “ICCD” and partnerships in various sectors for the private sector of Iran and the “ICCD”, in especially for SMEs.

The document also includes measures that the parties should take to support and encourage the exchange of technical and professional experiences among their members and to meet periodically and establish new plans for future cooperation.
