AS Monaco is a partner of the rapidly developing ComAve e-commerce platform

June 4 – Ligue1 side AS Monaco have announced a new partnership with e-commerce platform ComAve as the Monegasques look to increase fan engagement in the new season.

Thanks to the partnership, ComAve will become the club’s official e-commerce platform, while AS Monaco will begin to grow based on its 25 million digital fan base.

In the new season, ComAve will also cooperate with AC Milan, Atletico Madrid and AFC Bournemouth.

Given the Monaco region’s remote location and luxurious reputation, it makes sense why the club’s digital strategy has become a priority as the club seeks to capitalize on overseas markets.

The value and length of the contract remain undisclosed.

Jassim Sulaiti, Regional Managing Partner of ComAve, said: “We are honored to partner with AS Monaco, a club with a rich history and passionate fan base. Our goal is to offer Monaco fans an unrivaled experience and exclusive rewards. This partnership is an important step in our mission to create a global sports fan community where every interaction is valued and every fan is at the center of the action.

Thibaut Chatelard, AS Monaco’s Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer, said: “We are delighted to welcome ComAve to the AS Monaco family of partners and to be the first Ligue 1 club associated with this e-commerce platform that is booming across the world of football.

“We have the same ambition to adopt an innovative approach in our activities, especially in the digital arena. We are therefore looking forward to this collaboration and offering our fans new and unique experiences.”

Adi Hutter’s side are poised to return to the UEFA Champions League next season after a seven-year break thanks to finishing second in Ligue1, nine points behind champions PSG, marking an impressive end to the Austrian’s first season as coach.

With long-time goalscorer (and former player) Kylian Mbappe on his way to Madrid, next season will present a clear opportunity to regain the Ligue1 title – the first since Mbappe left the club in 2017.
