Thungela Resources announces interim committee appointments

Thungela Resources Limited (GB: TGA) has released an update.

Thungela Resources Limited has announced the interim appointments of Yoza Jekwa to its audit committee and as chair of its social affairs, ethics and transformation committee, with CEO Sango Ntsaluba also joining the latter committee. These appointments fill the gap left by the recent death of non-executive director Thero Setiloane. Both Jekwa and Ntsaluba will serve in these roles on an interim basis until a new non-executive director is appointed.
