VTG makes another acquisition to build its intelligence business

VTG acquired Clear Cloud in a move intended to further strengthen the buyer’s digital transformation and intelligence community capabilities.

The terms of the transaction announced on Monday were not disclosed. Clear Cloud provides software, cloud and data engineering solutions for intelligence agencies.

“The acquisition of Clear Cloud enables VTG to address emerging national security challenges and underscores our commitment to investing in the software-centric capabilities and expertise that our customers in the intelligence community need most,” said John Hassoun, president and CEO of VTG.

This is VTG’s second acquisition since it was acquired by Alvarez & Marshal Capital Partners in September. VTG’s first purchase with A&M support was for Vana Solutions, also a digital transformation solutions provider.

Clear Cloud was founded in 2018 to develop cloud solutions for national security customers.
