Lomond adds another acquisition to its growing stable of agencies

A rapidly growing agency Lomond continues to acquire at an incredible rate, completing its 55th acquisition in just three years.

The company’s latest move is to acquire Birmingham rental rival Xact Lettings Ltd in a deal that will strengthen its established regional brand, John Shepherd.

John Shepherd will now take over 100% of Xact Group’s leasing business.
