Environmental protection consulting taken over by a company from the industry

Crestwood Environmental, an environmental, ecology, heritage and landscape consultancy, has been acquired by Glasgow-based Mabbett & Associates.

The acquisition of Crestwood, based in Wolverhampton with a presence in London, expands Mabbett’s reach in the UK, expanding its offices in Anglesey, Belfast, Cardiff, Carlisle, Dublin, Dundee, Edinburgh, Forres, Glasgow, Inverness, Leicester, Manchester and Winchester.

The acquisition strengthens the two-year partnership and increases the technical capabilities of the combined team, which now numbers over 150 people.
