Perth-based transaction provider Azure Capital continues to expand on the East Coast with a new office in Melbourne

After working on Mineral Resources’ road auction and the $1.7 billion sale of 7-Eleven Australia, Perth-based deal broker Azure Capital is looking to expand its road footprint in the east.

The 40-strong corporate finance team has hired Nick Combes, former co-chairman of national private equity firm KPMG, to help establish a new practice in Melbourne, where he and Sydney-based Azure partner Phil Prenc will look to secure more business through the firm’s national task force related to infrastructure.
