Fetch elevates the platform experience with more ways to earn points and increase brand engagement

New features include online shopping rewards and location-based offers, improving the user experience and expanding the brand’s reach

Unlocking a new way to make money online
Consumers can now earn points every time they make a purchase online through Fetch Shop. A new, dedicated “Shop” page in the app allows users to make purchases directly through a variety of popular brands, including Target, Expedia and StockX. Consumers will earn Fetch points for every dollar spent in Fetch Shop on groceries, travel, clothing, entertainment and more – whether it’s as a gift for a loved one or as a treat for themselves. Supported by a third party provider, Buttona leading provider of mobile commerce optimization solutions, Fetch Shop encourages e-commerce shopping and is the perfect complement to Fetch’s existing offering for brands to reach new consumers and retain existing buyers.

Fetch is introducing two new features that will help users more easily discover personalized offers and maximize their opportunities to earn Fetch points anytime, anywhere. The first is Point Boost, a new experience that further rewards customers for their loyalty to their favorite brands. Point Boost helps consumers quickly and easily identify brands that will reward them for their purchases, building customer awareness on every journey. Fetch partners can choose from Boost tiers (Max Boost, Super Boost and Boost) to further differentiate themselves among consumers and drive lasting purchasing behavior. Point Boost, when combined with offers, encourages repeat purchases and cements consumer loyalty, helping brands achieve an 18% increase in sales. Fetch has also modernized the receipt details screen with a clear breakdown of points-earning activities (e.g. offer completion, offer progress, points increase, etc.), making it easier for users to see where their earnings are coming from.

In addition to Point Boost, which helps users easily track their top-grossing brands, Fetch introduces Nearby Deals, which conveniently identifies where they can find these and other brands they’ll love and organizes their shopping trips. With your permission, Nearby Deals pinpoints your location and informs you about deals nearby, whether you’re at the grocery store down the street or on vacation across the country. Nearby offers help brands reach more consumers by understanding their purchasing intentions and increasing targeted shopping trips. With the addition of Fetch Shop, Point Boost and Nearby Deals to the platform, Fetch users can enjoy life by earning Fetch Points every time they shop online and buy from an empowered brand on the go.

Easy e-bills
Additionally, Fetch has streamlined the digital receipt submission process, ensuring no Fetch points go unclaimed. The updated solution connects Fetch to users’ online accounts at participating retailers, regularly scanning and notifying users when new e-receipts are ready to be uploaded – eliminating the need to manually check each connected account. This seamless sign-up experience also offers brands the opportunity to deepen relationships with consumers, helping to drive repeat purchases, loyalty program sign-ups and other desired behaviors.
