Hawai’i Gas discusses the latest renewable hydrogen and natural gas projects

This week, The Conversation reports on a number of clean energy projects underway in Hawaii. Yesterday we learned about the state’s largest-ever solar project that has just begun generating power in central Maui.

Now we’ll take a look at two renewable energy projects recently announced by our local gas company.

Nicolas Rodier, executive director of clean energy and innovation at Hawai’i Gas, shared the latest information. Separate projects with Bana Pacific and Eurus Energy America still require Utilities Commission approval.
