Saudi Arabia is considering easing regulations for foreign law firms

Saudi Arabia is consulting on plans to ease restrictions on foreign law firms in a significant change that will allow partners to set up offices in the Kingdom that are not fully owned and operated by Saudi Arabia.

The proposal could lead to an increase in the number of foreign law firms opening offices in Saudi Arabia with fewer requirements than those already established in recent years.
