Jayson Reynolds joins Hotel Forty Five as executive chef

The Forty Five Hotel has named Jayson Reynolds as Executive Chef, overseeing all culinary operations, including Loom Restaurant, Hightales Rooftop Bar and Reckon Coffee and Wine Bar.

MACON, GA. – Hotel Forty Five announces his appointment Jayson Reynolds as a chef. In this key position, Chef Reynolds will lead all culinary endeavors at the 94-room boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Macon. His remit includes the hotel’s signature restaurant Loom, the vibrant rooftop bar Hightales and the eclectic Reckon Coffee & Wine Bar.

Chef Reynolds, a James Beard Foundation nominee, brings over 15 years of culinary experience to the Forty Five Hotel. Most recently, he served as executive chef at 106 Jefferson, a boutique lifestyle hotel in Huntsville, Alabama. There, he oversaw the hotel’s restaurant and rooftop bar and hosted exclusive banquets for valued guests and top 500 companies such as Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin and Elon Musk. Reynolds also served as culinary director at Springdale Golf Club & Resort and director of food and beverage at Woodbury Wellness Center in North Carolina. He was also corporate director of food and beverage at WR Hospitality, where he created two distinct restaurant concepts from scratch.
