Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for July 5, 2024 to appoint Dr. XIE Lebin and Mr. DONG Boyang as non-executive directors and to authorize the board of directors to determine their remuneration. Shareholders are entitled to vote in person or by proxy at the meeting, which will be held under certain weather conditions specified in the notice.
