LAZADA OFFERS FIVE INNOVATIVE TOOLS TO HELP SELLERS, CUSTOMERS

KUALA LUMPUR, June 14 (Bernama) — E-commerce platform Lazada offers five innovative tools designed to help sellers increase sales and help shoppers save more.

These tools include Lazada Promotional Tools, LazCoins Discounts, Lazada Special Free Shipping Program, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and Lazada Campaign Participation.

In a statement today, Lazada emphasized that in a post-pandemic world, e-commerce presents a significant opportunity for sellers to grow their businesses. However, with rising costs of living becoming a major concern for consumers, many are prioritizing saving more.

“To successfully meet these consumer needs, e-commerce retailers must provide value-oriented options that enable shoppers to maximize their budget while also providing convenience through a personalized shopping experience,” the statement said.

Promotion plays a key role in grabbing buyers’ attention, and Lazada’s promotional tools enable sellers to avail attractive discounts through in-store Flash sales and seller coupons. This strategy aims to engage customers, increase sales and build brand loyalty.

LazCoins Discount rewards frequent users with discounts and exclusive gifts, improving product visibility and driving traffic to sellers’ stores.

“Lazada’s 2024 birthday campaign used three times as many coins compared to last year, indicating that consumers are becoming more adept at using promotions,” it said.

Additionally, Lazada’s special free shipping program helps sellers attract potential buyers and increase average spend as it is a key factor influencing purchase intention. Surveys show that 46 percent of shoppers prioritize free shipping options when browsing online.

When it comes to Lazada’s Sponsored Solutions, the statement highlights two of its best solutions – Sponsored Discovery, which targets potential customers by increasing the store’s visibility on Lazada search engines and recommendation sites.

“With 94 percent of shoppers making purchases through Search and 71 percent through Recommendations, this solution is proving highly effective in reaching target audiences,” he added.

The second solution is Sponsored Partners, which leverages Lazada’s extensive network of affiliate media and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) partners, providing access to a wide range of potential buyers off the platform.

Regarding participation in the Lazada campaign, the statement highlighted that participation in Lazada campaigns creates significant opportunities for sellers to increase visibility among consumers with high purchase intent, resulting in significant sales growth.

Additionally, the statement highlighted that Lazada provides valuable resources to sellers, including Lazada University. This platform offers free online courses designed to enhance your skills and knowledge to thrive in the dynamic and rapidly evolving e-commerce environment.
