Connected Data appoints a chief data officer

Data-driven technology company Connected Data has announced the appointment of Charlie Horner as chief data officer.

Horner brings with him over 30 years of experience in senior positions in the data industry, focusing on the effective use of data and analytics to deliver positive results for organizations across a variety of sectors and their clients. This includes 10 years with specialist debt management company TDX Group (an Equifax company), focusing on using data and analytics to help creditors benchmark and improve their debt collection and recovery strategies and operations. In this role, Horner was instrumental in enabling some of the UK’s major creditors across sectors to make improvements to their debt management.

With a particular focus on debt collection and recovery, Horner also provided strategic and technology consulting services and delivery at all stages of customer credit management for foreclosure market integrator, Just (part of the Arum Group).
