Hybrid Software and Hamillroad join forces

Hybrid Software, creator of innovative productivity tools for label and packaging printing, is excited to announce a strategic partnership to integrate Hamillroad’s Bellissima DMS screening solution into its Cloudflow enterprise production workflow.

The collaboration meets Hamillroad’s growing customer demand for Cloudflow support and combines best-in-class technologies to offer significant benefits to flexo shops and converters.
Cloudflow is a customizable solution that provides fast and efficient automation of prepress tasks for over 1,000 customers around the world. Hamillroad’s Bellissima DMS is recognized as the leading flexographic screening solution, widely used by major brands, department stores and converters. The partnership between Hybrid Software and Hamillroad combines these advanced technologies to offer an enhanced solution.
Bellissima DMS’s seamless integration with Cloudflow will give users full control of Bellissima DMS directly within Cloudflow; seamless choice between built-in conventional Cloudflow and Bellissima screen; access to Bellissima’s next-generation ‘ACE’ surface patterns and intelligent flexography; and full integration with all Cloudflow modules, including ProofScope, Cloudflow’s graphics review and approval tool.
“The integration of Bellissima DMS with Cloudflow is consistent with our mission to provide leadership in industrial printing and packaging software, support long-term mutual partnerships and provide our customers with cutting-edge solutions that improve their processes and operations,” said Nick De Roeck, president of hybrid software.
Pierre Hammond, commercial director of Hamillroad Software, added: “Our customers have asked for Cloudflow’s support, and this partnership with Hybrid Software allows us to meet this demand. Together we are setting new standards in the flexographic printing industry.”
Integration is expected to occur in the third quarter of 2024 and will include Hamillroad’s next-generation Bellissima DMS providing unmatched halftone screening capabilities, including the highest SID levels on traditional LAM flexographic plates for CMYK, spot colors and white; excellent image reproduction quality, corresponding to 300-450 lpi; exceptional smoothness of transition to zero at tone values below the traditional 3-10%; and compatibility with UV, solvent and water-based printing on LAM plates from various manufacturers, including ecological water-washable plates.
