This week’s tech tip is about notification privacy. We’ve all experienced anxiety when handing over our phones to someone else. After all, no one wants their private messages read by other people. However, we can turn off message previews to prevent messages from being displayed when a message notification appears on the screen. All you need to do is go to the Settings app > Notifications > Messages > Turn off “Show Preview” in “Message Options”. Once disabled, message previews will not appear in notifications.
