The full list of people from Kent recognized in the King’s Birthday Honors List 2024

Many outstanding people in Kent have been recognized by King Charles in his Birthday Honors List for their tireless efforts that make a difference to the lives of people in their communities and beyond.

This second distinction on the occasion of the king’s birthday recognizes the outstanding contribution of people across the country, with particular emphasis on those who have had an extremely positive impact on how society faces the most difficult challenges of today.

The heart and soul these people put into their fields, and the positive difference they make, has been highlighted in enthusiastic submissions to the Royal Office by others who know the work they do. Recipients come from across Kent, including Dartford, Canterbury, Gravesend, Ashford and Maidstone, as well as Folkestone, Tunbridge Wells, Dover, Gillingham and Edenbridge.

They are involved in everything from Scouting and history, safety and boxing, art, public health, football and disability – and much more. Below is a full list of all the amazing people from Kent who received birthday honours.
