Recognizing the importance of skilled personnel, Shopee Philippines, a leading e-commerce platform, recently launched the Future Operations Leader Program (FLP) aimed at nurturing the next generation of e-commerce leaders.

FLP aims to develop operational leaders who are innovative, effective communicators, solution-oriented and resilient.

Over these two years, Shopee aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in e-commerce logistics and order fulfillment.

Participants will be assigned ownership of projects and operational goals, allowing rotation in warehouses, sortation centers and hubs across the country. The program also provides dedicated support through assigned managers, buddies and mentors.
