NBR Lister’s Gallagher is jointly acquiring pasture monitoring system company Farmote Systems, which went into bankruptcy in January.

Animal management and safety company Gallagher Group – part of the namesake NBR List family – has jointly purchased the assets of Farmote Systems with Dutch seed company Barenbrug for an undisclosed price.
