OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite will debut in India on June 18

OnePlus has proposed the release date of its upcoming budget smartphone, OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite. In a teaser image posted on X, OnePlus said that the Nord CE 4 Lite may launch in India on June 18 at 7 p.m.

Nord CE 4 debuted in India a few months ago. OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite was clearly missing from the offer. OnePlus hasn’t revealed any details about the Nord CE 4 Lite, but rumors suggest the phone could be a rebranded version of the Oppo K12x, which launched in China before this year.

If this turns out to be true, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite could feature a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,200 nits.

The CE 4 Lite can be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and paired with the Adreno 619 GPU for design-intensive tasks. The phone can be equipped with up to 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

In terms of optics, the CE 4 Lite may come with a dual camera setup at the back, with a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. Additionally, it may include a 16MP front shooter for taking selfies and participating in video calls.

The phone is likely to come with a 5,500mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. It may run on Android 14-based OxygenOS 14.

Oppo K12x prices in China started at $179, and for the top model they reached $248. At these costs, the CE 4 Lite is roughly in the same ballpark as its predecessor.

However, please note that these are not the official costs of the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite, which will be announced after the launch in India.
