Top 10 out of 10: Takeover at 200 premium sends stocks skyrocketing, major gold stocks shine bright

Shares in Education SaaS company Schrole (ASX:SCL) will be acquired at a price of 48.52 cents per share, representing a massive 203% premium to Friday’s closing price.

The offer from Canadian private equity-backed TES also represents a premium of 47% to the highest recorded daily closing share price in the last 12 months.

Pilot Energy (ASX:PGY) receives $4 million for the placement at a 22% premium to the last closing price.

Gold stocks dominate early trading among large and mid-cap companies, led by Red 5 (ASX:RED), Capricorn (ASX:CMM), Bellevue (ASX:BGL), Resolute (ASX:RSG) and De Gray (ASX :DEG).
