Intuit Mailchimp presents a revenue analysis system based on artificial intelligence. Intuit unveiled new revenue analysis technology, a system of always-on predictive and generative artificial intelligence models for marketers. The company’s Mailchimp platform will use revenue analytics to deploy Intuit data using AI technology to compare customer marketing activities with industry-specific financial data from Intuit QuickBooks and marketing performance data points. It will recommend the right time to reach your customers and generate more personalized, revenue-generating content. eBay provides Venmo as a payment option. eBay is expanding its sales offerings with the addition of Venmo, a popular payments platform among Gen Z and Millennials with more than 90 million users. Shoppers can pay for purchases with their Venmo balance or bank account, debit card, or credit card associated with their Venmo account. Merchants only need to offer Venmo as a payment method. The addition of Venmo continues eBay’s efforts to reach a younger demographic.

Fast Simon launches AI embedding for personalization. Fast Simon, an AI-powered shopping optimization provider, has launched Personalization AI Embeddings, creating vectors that power the Fast Simon AI model. According to the company, AI Embeddings Personalization uses complex logic and multiple AI inputs, including color, category, image matching, text descriptions, customer activity and location. AI Embeddings personalization can improve search results, optimize collection assortment and suggest product categories to the buyer.

Sendbird provides an AI chatbot for Shopify merchants. Sendbird, a messaging API platform, announced an AI chatbot for Shopify. Powered by OpenAI’s latest GPT-4o multi-language model, Sendbird’s no-code AI chatbot connects to a seller’s store data via Shopify’s APIs. The connection allows you to answer frequently asked questions, recommend products and share support contact information, improving customer satisfaction and transactions. Merchants can customize and test their AI chatbot before deploying it to their Shopify store.

Pinterest partners with Vtex to help brands leverage social commerce. Pinterest has partnered with Vtex, a composable marketplace. The partnership aims to help large brands expand their social commerce reach and connect with regional customers. The Vtex platform enables 2,600 global brands to reach and engage with Pinterest on Pinterest, where customers can integrate their product catalogs, create pins and run effective shopping campaigns.

Costco is launching a beta version of its retail media network. Costco will launch its own retail media network, which is currently in beta testing. The network will use data from the retailer’s 74.5 million members, including their purchase history. Costco can map individual purchases to households of in-store and online shoppers. Ads will appear both online and offline.

Contentsquare presents an Experience Intelligence platform with built-in artificial intelligence. Contentsquare, the digital experience platform, announced the launch of a new Experience Intelligence platform, combining four analytical capabilities: Digital Experience Analytics, Digital Experience Monitoring, Product Analytics and Voice of Customer. Additionally, Contentsquare has integrated AI-powered analytics on its platform to improve analysis.

Trustly introduces recurring payments based on artificial intelligence. Trustly, an open account-to-account payments platform, has unveiled an AI-powered recurring payments feature that helps merchants handle recurring transactions in a single integration. This technology allows companies to accept recurring transactions directly from customers’ bank accounts. It expands the capabilities of Trustly Azura, the company’s proprietary data engine. Trustly Recurring Payments is a pan-European solution available via one API from one platform.

Google Search Console provides e-commerce data about product listings. Google has introduced a feature in Search Console that allows sellers to track their product listings in the image search engine. The new metrics are available in the Performance Report in the Image tab of Google Search and include impressions, clicks, and other key metrics related to product demos. New Search Console data gives companies greater visibility into their product visibility.

FreedomPay launches independent payment processing consulting for merchants. FreedomPay, a provider of payment solutions for commerce, has launched Merchant Centric Acquiring, an independent advisory service available to merchants in the US and Canada, aimed at ensuring a fairer payments system for their businesses. Merchant Centric Acquiring allows merchants to work with FreedomPay to explore a range of pre-qualified processing service providers.

Helio updates the Solana Pay plugin for Shopify, enabling cryptocurrency payments. Cryptocurrency payment provider Helio has updated its Solana Pay plugin for Shopify. The plugin provides multi-token payments, allowing buyers to make purchases in Solana or other cryptocurrencies with automatic conversion to stablecoins, meaning sellers always receive USDC (crypto) or another currency of their choice. Solana Pay enables Shopify merchants to take advantage of active communities by allowing buyers to spend meme coins in their online stores.
