Claire’s names Chris Cramer as interim CEO

Claire’s Holdings announced on Monday the appointment of Chris Cramer as interim CEO, effective immediately.

Cramer will also continue in his roles as CFO and COO, starting in late 2023.

He succeeds Ryan Verowho will step down from the position of CEO and management board of the company with immediate effect.

Prior to joining Claire’s, Cramer previously spent over 20 years at Bath & Body Works, Inc. (and L Brands) in management positions, including most recently as COO. He also previously served as president of Parade, Inc., an intimates and lifestyle apparel retail company targeting Gen Z, and held leadership positions at IBM and Accenture (Andersen Consulting).

Earlier this year, Claire’s announced a retail partnership with Walgreens to introduce Claire’s accessories and fashion products to more than 4,400 Walgreens locations nationwide by the end of March.
