Accenture appoints management positions | WashingtonExec

Accenture has announced new leadership to help execute its strategy in the age of artificial intelligence and ensure long-term growth.

Angie Park, currently Head of Business and Commercial Finance and previously Director of Investor Relations, will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer on December 1, 2024 and join the Global Management Committee. She succeeds KC McClure, who will step down on November 30, 2024 and retire on March 31, 2025, after 36 years with the company.

Mauro Macchi, market unit manager for Italy, Central Europe and Greece and member of the Global Management Committee, will take up the position of general manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) on September 1, 2024. will succeed Jean-Marc Ollagnier, who will step down on August 31, 2024, and will become EMEA Regional Chairman.

Angela Beatty, Global Leader of Talent, Rewards and Employee Experience, will assume the role of Chief Leadership and Human Resources Officer on September 1, 2024, joining the Global Management Committee. She succeeds Ellyn Shook, who will retire on March 1, 2025, after stepping down on August 31, 2024.

Karthik Narain, Group CEO, Technology, will take on additional responsibilities as Chief Technology Officer and Bhaskar Ghosh, Chief Strategy Officer, will take over from Innovation to become Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, both with effect from September 1 2024 Paul Daugherty, who retires on August 31, 2024, and will continue to serve as Senior Technology Advisor.

Atsushi Egawa and Ryoji Sekido will become co-CEOs of the Asia-Pacific region on September 1, 2024, aligning with the company’s new division of emerging markets. Sekido will join the Global Management Committee and Egawa will remain a member. Leo Framil, currently CEO of Growth Markets, will lead U.S. Financial Services and remain a member of the committee.
