Oxford-based ISH continues its acquisition spree; takes over the Staff Squared HR platform

Oxford-based ISH (Invincible Software Holdings), an active software holding company, announced on Monday, June 17, that it has acquired Staff Squared, a UK-based core HR platform.

This marks ISH’s fourth acquisition in two years, following the successful acquisitions of Jobtoolz in June 2023, Homerun in December 2023 and Hirehive in May 2024.

As a result, the number of ISH customers increased to over 2,200, strengthening the position of the entire ISH group on the HR software market.

Staff Squared: Simplifies the HR process

Led by Bob Neveu, Staff Squared specializes in serving small, medium and growing companies. Its core HR functions include absence and leave management, staff information, company information and more.

The company’s goal is to simplify HR processes so that companies can manage their HR needs more effectively.
