Extending existing implementation to support operational and physical security requirements for global operations

REDMOND, Wash., June 18, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Airship AI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AISP) (“Airship AI” or the “Company”), a leader in video, sensor and data-based AI surveillance management solutions, has been awarded a major five (5) year system development contract for a Fortune 100 company using the company’s Acropolis Enterprise Video and Data Management platform, supporting operational and physical security requirements.

“This award represents a significant enhancement to the customer’s existing implementation of our Acropolis ecosystem, which is used to connect and manage global logistics operations from a single security operations center,” said Paul Allen, president of Airship AI. “The capabilities deployed as part of this expansion will enable the customer to better leverage the Airship platform to enhance physical security on a global scale and further improve operational performance and efficiency across key locations through our integration of edge data sensors used in everyday operations.”

Airship AI’s Acropolis backend enterprise management system enables customers to manage devices and sensors across the digital ecosystem via hardware deployed on-premises or in the cloud, while leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) at the edge and/or backend to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making capabilities decisions in real time. By combining the sensor-agnostic nature of our Acropolis platform with our edge-based AI platform, Outpost AI customers can efficiently add “intelligent” solutions to existing edge sensors, avoiding costly and operationally disruptive “rip and replace” requirements.

“Because the client is also a Fortune 100 Most Innovative Company, we are pleased to support its vision and strategy to remain at the forefront of using technology to protect employees and assets, and improve operational efficiency.” Mr. Allen added. “Through this effort, which includes five (5) years of health monitoring, technical and engineering support, and software maintenance, we are poised to expand and strengthen this partnership through the continued implementation of new and innovative AI-based capabilities.”
