Coinbase offers pre-launch markets on the Coinbase Exchange

Coinbase recently announced support for pre-launch markets on Coinbase Advanced and Coinbase International Exchange. The tools will be made available to users in eligible areas outside Canada, the UK and the US.

Pre-launch markets allow investors to place futures contracts on tokens that have not yet been launched on the market. Once the token is listed on various spot exchanges, the contracts transform into general perpetual futures contracts.
