Customer Marketing Pioneer Leah Key, Director of Media and E-Commerce at Brandon – Marketing Communications News

Key has successfully led retail media planning for global brands such as Nestle, Campbell’s Soup, Pfizer and Hallmark.

Key will strengthen the Brandon team with her proven ability to transform retail customer insights into solutions that convert shoppers into buyers. He will oversee all aspects of the agency’s integrated paid media planning, buying and reporting, retail media marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, and will lead Brandon’s e-commerce and analytics teams, ensuring alignment with the agency’s and client’s vision and goals.

Living at the intersection of media, commerce and data, Key brings a wealth of industry experience to his new role in Brandon. She is a veteran of over 20 years in media planning and buying, and her recent career highlights include serving as Vice President of Retail Media and Director of Media Management at global digital marketing agency iProspect; Vice President of Retail Media and Managing Director of leading customer experience management (CXM) company Merkle; director of commercial media at Tracy-Locke commercial agency; and has held numerous management and account management positions with global trade marketing firm The Mars Agency.
