The Management Board moves on June 19, 2024

Our move set on the board includes Iveta Sceales, Struan Richards, Harry Miller, Sandra Bates, Alberto Lavandeira, Henk Diederichs, Anthony Italiano, Emma Curnow, Melanie Ross, Cameron Knox, Simon Acomb, Michael Klessens, Harvey Kaplan, Joshua Pitt, Luke Tonkin, Mark Williams, David Coyne, David Berg, Len Eldridge, Mathew Collings, Phillip Stevenson, Byron Dumpleton.

Minbosa Stocks (ASX:MNB)

Iveta Sceales has been appointed Joint Secretary of Minbos. She will work alongside Harry Miller, who was initially appointed Company Secretary in 2021. Ms Sceales brings her 18 years of experience in international corporate law and was appointed Minbos General Counsel in February 2024.

Predictive Discovery Limited (ASX:PDI)

Predictive Discovery Limited has announced three changes to its board of directors and management team. Sandra Bates will transition from non-executive director to executive director, legal and ESG. Alberto Lavandeira will join PDI as a non-executive director and Henk Diederichs will join as chief operating officer. All three changes are aimed at strengthening PDI’s management and management team ahead of the next phase of the company’s Bankan Gold project.

Inca Minerals Limited (ASX:ICG)

Anthony Italiano has been appointed Company Secretary of Inca Minerals Ltd and Chief Financial Officer. He will start working as company secretary immediately before taking up the position of financial director at the beginning of the new financial year. She will replace Emma Curnow, who has resigned as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Ms Curnow immediately stepped down as Company Secretary but will remain as Finance Director until the end of the financial year to ensure a smooth transition.

Premier1 Lithium Limited (ASX:PLC)

Melanie Ross has been appointed Company Secretary of Premier1 Lithium Company. He replaces Cameron Knox, who has served as Company Secretary since the beginning of the year. In addition, Simon Acomb has been appointed chief financial officer and joint company secretary.

Solstice Minerals Limited (ASX:SLS)

Solstice Minerals has announced that non-executive director Michael Klessen will retire from his position at the end of June. Mr. Klessen has served on Solstice’s board of directors since 2022. Solstice Minerals Non-Executive Chairman Matthew Yates thanked Mr. Klessen for his valuable contributions and the role he played in Solstice’s admission to the ASX.

Traka Resources Limited (ASX:TKL)

It was announced that Harvey Kaplan will become the newest member of Traki’s board of directors. Mr. Kaplan will start immediately and take over from Joshua Pitt as non-executive chairman. Mr Pitt will remain on the board as non-executive chairman.

Red 5 Limited (ASX:RED)

Following its successful merger with Silver Lake Limited, Red 5 announced major changes to its board of directors and management team. Luke Tonkin will take over as CEO and will also replace Mark Williams as Managing Director; Struan Richards will succeed David Coyne as CFO; David Berg will become the company’s general counsel and joint company secretary, the latter role held by the departing Mr. Coyne; Len Eldridge will replace Mathew Collings as director of corporate development; and Phillip Stevenson have been appointed as Group Development Geologist, replacing Byron Dumpleton, who is due to leave the role at the end of August.
