TriMas Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer receives a leadership award for excellence in international mergers and acquisitions

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– TriMas Corporation (US: TRS) – a diversified global manufacturer of engineering and consumer products – is pleased to announce that A. Mark Zeffiro, TriMas’s chief financial officer, has been honored with the M&A Advisor’s 2013 Leadership Award for excellence in international mergers and acquisitions.

TriMas’ focus on accelerating global expansion is evidenced by recent acquisitions over the past year, including three in Brazil, two in the United Kingdom and one each in Thailand and New Zealand, as well as additional acquisitions in the United States. These efforts were led by Zeffiro and Robert Zalupscy, TriMas vice president of finance, corporate development and treasurer.
