Trevey Commercial Real Estate is negotiating the purchase of a 9,100 SF commercial building in Pueblo, Colorado

PUEBLO, COLO. — Trevey Commercial Real Estate negotiated the purchase of a detached commercial building located at 609 S. Pueblo Blvd. in Pueblo, about halfway between Denver and the New Mexico border.

Mr. Blue Sky LLC acquired the assets from 609 Property LLC for $1.2 million. Dollar General occupies a 9,100-square-foot property.

The buyer was represented by David Marulli and Mitch Trevey of Trevey Commercial Real Estate, while the seller was represented by Ben Farthing and Logan Grant of CBRE.
