The update weighs 4.05 MB and not only fixes some bugs, but also provides users with a smoother experience in the calculation application. The change log doesn’t show any new features or changes being made to the app through an update.

The updated Calculator app can be installed via the Galaxy Store. Open the app and go to Menu option >> Updates. The app is free and can also be installed on eligible Samsung phones running Android 14 from the Google Play Store. The update can also be installed via APKMirror, although we recommend updating via the Galaxy App Store or Google Play Store.

In addition to performing basic calculations such as addition, subtraction, division and multiplication, Samsung Calculator also supports engineering calculations and converts units related to an object’s area, object’s length and temperature. It also has a calculation history feature which can be opened by tapping the calculation history icon. To close the calculation history panel, tap the keyboard icon.

Since Samsung Galaxy devices run on Android, apps developed by the Korean manufacturer compete with native Android apps with the same features such as Google Calculator, Google Clock, Google Notes and Google Chrome.
