The Management Board moves on June 24, 2024

Our board move set includes Martyn Strickland, Randall Lane, Shiva McMahon, Matthew Ridolfi, Graham Tiver, Andy Drummond, Rebecca McNicol, Tony Cudmore, Julie Fallon, Mark Abbotsford, Daniel Kalms, Liz Westcott, Shaun Gregory, Hui Ye, Michael Atkins, Stephen Stone, Matthew Horgan, Simon Kidston, Sara Kelly and James Guy.

Castle Minerals Limited (ASX:CDT)

Castle announced that managing director Michael Atkins will retire at the end of June. At that time, Stephen Stone will assume the role of executive chairman. In addition to the changes that took place at the end of June, Matthew Horgan was appointed as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Non-executive director and technical advisory manager James Guy will remain in his role.

Energy Transition Minerals (ASX:ETM).

Simon Kidston has been announced as non-executive chairman of ETM. She succeeds Sarah Kelly, who will remain at ETM as a non-executive director, focusing on the company’s Greenland litigation strategy.

Helios Energy Ltd (ASX:HE8)

Helios announced the retirement of non-executive chairman Hui Ye. Ye will step down at the end of June.

Alexium International Group Limited (ASX:AJX)

Martyn Strickland and Randall Lane will join Alexium as non-executive directors in early July. Mr. Lane is recognized as having 25 years of experience in the chemical and medical device industries. Mr. Strickland is an Operating Partner at Colinton Capital Partners and has previous experience as a Senior Partner at Deloitte.

Dalaroo Metals Ltd (ASX:DAL)

Dalaroo announced Robert Beeck’s intention to step down as non-executive director, prompting a review and renewal of the board. Bilal Ahmad and Joshua Gordon have been invited to join Dalaroo as non-executive directors as part of their contract renewal.

Woodside Energy (ASX:WDS)

Woodside has announced a review of its leadership structure, which will come into effect in early August. As part of the changes, a number of executives will take on new roles, including Shaun Gregory, Woodside’s executive vice president of new energy development and operations, who will assume a new role as advisor to the CEO. Liz Westcott will serve as vice president and chief operating officer; Daniel Kalms will become Chief Operating Officer for International Affairs; Mark Abbotsford will take over as commercial director; Julie Fallon will become vice president of technical and energy development; Tony Cudmore will become vice president of external affairs; Rebecca McNicol will become Senior Vice President, Legal and Group General Counsel; Andy Drummond will become Woodside’s vice president of strategy; and Graham Tiver will retain their positions as CFO. Shiva McMahon and Matthew Ridolfi will leave the executive team as leadership is restructured.
