Police confiscated the building, which was evacuated after the device was found

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A building in a Memphis police parking lot was evacuated Wednesday after police said they found a “possible time element” in a truck.

Police did not specify whether the “time element” was intended to be part of an explosive device or what exactly the phrase meant.

The building was evacuated as a precaution. The officers secured the item, which will be taken for testing.

No injuries were reported and the investigation is ongoing.
