As Ford’s CEO, Garrard has an arsenal of experience backed by a proven track record of industry leadership. He served as CEO of Visuna, a global recruitment company specializing in the energy and technology sectors, transforming the technical workforce landscape through a successful rebranding strategy. He also made a lasting impact in his previous leadership roles at industry giants such as Airswift and NES Fircroft.

Since its launch in 2023, Ford has already made significant progress. Led the successful implementation of enhanced contingent workforce solutions across managed services programs, enabling sales teams to explore new business opportunities on a global scale. He also focused on learning and development initiatives to create a more robust sales culture and undertook a strategic restructuring of senior management to facilitate exponential expansion and growth.

“It is an honor to be part of this exceptional group of companies. I look forward to the journey ahead and am excited to fully understand the dynamic businesses within the group,” said Ford. “At the same time, I remain focused on the future of the group, pursuing innovative strategies that will deliver significant growth in the coming years.”

Completing the powerful trio of executive directors is Jonathan Scott, who has gained significant experience in financial management and strategic leadership, having gained the position of CFO and later CEO of National Car Parks (NCP), as well as his earlier career at Ernst & Young. His proven skills in driving financial excellence and implementing effective strategies will be instrumental in leading MCG Group towards success and growth.

“I am confident that Jonathan’s leadership and expertise will greatly contribute to the success of our company and further strengthen our position in the talent solutions market,” Ford said.

The MCG Group is poised to continue to grow and triumph under the expert leadership of its senior management team, while remaining committed to delivering exceptional value to customers, candidates and employees alike.
