Google releases new Gemma 2 model for researchers and developers around the world, available in two sizes; Check details and availability

Google has released its new open-scale model “Gemma 2” to researchers and developers worldwide. Google Gemma 2 aims to integrate easily with other AI tools and perform faster, offering “best-in-class” performance. The open-scale Gemma 2 will be available in two sizes – 9 billion parameters and 27 billion parameters. Google said it will offer more powerful and efficient performance than the first-generation models. Google announced key features of the new Gemma 2 model – above-average performance, unmatched efficiency, cost savings, improved performance and interface on hardware, easy deployment and much more. The tech giant has released Gemma 2 on Google AI Studio and will soon be available for download on Hugging Face Models, Kaggle and Vertex AI Garden. Xbox Gaming will be available on select Amazon Fire TV Stick devices. Players will be able to play directly from the Xbox app without the need for a console.
