Will Arnett, Aaron Paul, Alison Brie and Amy Sedaris on horseback (video)

Netflix has assembled Will Arnett, Aaron Paul, Alison Brie, and Amy Sedaris to tell the story of BoJack Horseman — a former comedy star who also happens to be a horse.

Arnett plays the titular horse, the hard-drinking and recovering star of “Horsin’ Around” whose circle includes his snarky agent (Sedaris), a woman dating a dog (Brie) and a guy who looks a bit like Jesse Pinkman (Paul ).

In case you haven’t guessed, the show is a cartoon, which deprives us of the thrill of watching dialogue synced to a horse eating peanut butter.

BoJack must contend with drunkenness, public humiliation, and, worse, Twitter. Debuts August 22.
