Haynes International Announces Executive Appointments and Retirements

Haynes International (HAYN) shared an update.

Marlin C. Losch has been named the new Chief Operating Officer of Haynes International, Inc., effective July 1, 2024. Having served as Vice President of Sales and Distribution since 2010, Losch’s promotion comes with an increase in salary and expanded incentive plan benefits, as well as a significant stock award, all in the absence of any family conflicts or undisclosed material interests. Meanwhile, the company is preparing for a smooth operational transition as Vice President of Kokomo Operations David L. Strobel announces his retirement, scheduled for early 2025.
