Sinopec Corp Announces Executive Appointments

China Petroleum & Chemical (Hong Kong:0386) released an update.

At the last board meeting, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corp.) named Ma Yongsheng as new chairman and Zhao Dong as vice chairman, as well as other key management positions, including Zhao Dong as president and Huang Wensheng as board secretary. The company also filled several committees and ratified the nominations of representatives of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange. These changes come into force for the duration of the ninth session of the management board’s term of office.
