TraXall International completes acquisition of Fleet Logistics Group

TraXall International has finalized the acquisition of Fleet Logistics Group from its existing shareholders, Volkswagen Financial Services and TÜV SÜD.

The acquisition, which was first announced in December 2023, has been completed after obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals.

The combination of the two organisations creates one of the largest independent providers of mobility and fleet management services in Europe, managing around 400,000 contracts.
