Newton Property Management appoints two new management board members

Newton Property Management has established Vincent Goldie as CEO and Rachel Littlejohn as Business Development Director.

The company said this strategic move underlines its commitment to raising customer service standards and driving change in the property management industry.

Mr Goldie brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having served as Chief Financial Officer since February 2023, following previous senior management roles at Creditfix, Together Energy and Sure Thing! Insurance. His leadership and transformational impact were quickly recognised, leading to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member in March 2024.



“The property management industry needs a customer service revolution and I am honored to lead Newton into its next phase,” said Goldie. “By reinventing our approach to customer service and implementing strategic changes to systems, processes and technology, we are well-positioned to set a new standard of excellence in our industry.”

Newton Property Management has undergone a significant restructuring, laying a strong foundation for expansion across Scotland. This includes the appointment of Mrs Littlejohn to the board as a shareholder and director, along with the chairman Stephen O’Neilldirector Kirsten O’Neilland director Derek Macdonald.

Ms. Littlejohn brings a unique blend of commercial creativity and rigor to her role as Business Development Director. Thanks to his extensive international experience, he focuses on setting customer service standards from the first inquiry.
