Amazon faces a $3.4 billion lawsuit over anticompetitive behavior

Amazon.com Inc. has been hit with a £2.7 billion ($3.4 billion) class action lawsuit in the UK over allegations that it abused its market dominance by putting third-party sellers at a disadvantage, according to Digit.Fyi. The plaintiffs said the company favored its own logistics products and services and unfairly made Prime membership a condition of using Amazon’s own logistics services over its competitors.
