Exams from February 10 to 22

The official Madhyamik (Secondary Board Exam) schedule for the year 2025 has been released by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE). The WB Board Madhyamik 2025 start and end dates indicate that the exams will be held on 10th February 2025 and 22nd February 2025.

The exam will take place in the form of one paper, every day from 10.45 a.m. to 2 p.m. (the first 15 minutes will be devoted only to reading the exam papers).

Important points to remember

(a) The duration of the Sewing and Needlework examination will be four hours and fifteen minutes.

(b) The musical and instrumental vocal exam will last two hours and fifteen minutes in the theoretical part. The venue, date and time of the practical examination for these subjects (to be held in Kolkata only) will be announced later.

(c) The computer applications exam will last two hours and forty-five minutes in the theoretical part. The practical exam in this subject will be conducted by individual schools.

(d) The vocational examination in the case of a theoretical examination will last one hour and forty-five minutes. The practical examination in these subjects will be conducted by the Sector Skills Council or individual schools. The Management Board reserves the right to change the above date/time if necessary, after informing all interested parties.
