VC firm 10D names Alon Kantor as partner

Alon Kantor, former VP of business development at Check Point, has been named a partner at venture capital firm 10D. He will lead investments in early-stage Israeli startups across sectors, with a focus on cyber and defense.

Kantor led Check Point’s global partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and market penetration strategies after previously co-founding Toka, a startup that provided cyber solutions to governments, intelligence agencies, and other global organizations. Kantor has degrees in computer science and law from Tel Aviv University.

Founded in 2019, 10D manages over $350 million across three funds. The company has invested in over 20 startups, including unicorns Weka, DriveNets and Augury, as well as leading startups Exodigo, Juno Journey, OneStep and Obligo. The fund’s other partners are Yahal Zilka, Rotem Eldar, Itay Rand and Adi Dangot Zukovsky. Previous investments include Waze, WalkMe, Moovit, Appsflyer, Valens, Argus, Aidoc and many others.
