Spirit Tech combines acquisitions in the security industry to create Infotrust – ARN

Spirit previously acquired Intalock in December 2020 for $15 million to enter the government and enterprise sectors. In February 2024, it acquired InfoTrust for an undisclosed amount, leveraging its SOC capabilities.
