Gen Z’s shopping habits heavily influenced by TikTok and influencers: KPMG

According to a new report by KPMG, Generation Z in the Asia-Pacific region draws fashion patterns from idols and influencers, and their driving force is largely TikTok.

“While previous generations visited department stores and malls to buy basic clothes or check out new styles, Generation Z looks for trends online, follows idols and influencers and wants to wear the same clothes,” the report says.
